March 11-15, a SIIS delegation led by Vice President Chen Dongxiao visited Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related research institutions and had various academic exchanges. Director Ma Ying of Asia-Pacific Studies ，Deputy Director Wu Chunsi of Foreign Policy Studies, Assistant Director Niu Haibin of International Strategic Studies, and research fellows Zhu Ming and Zhou Shixin were also in the delegation.
