March 23, a 20-member group of ambassador course at China Pudong Cadre Institute  led by Sun Guoxiang, Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam, visited SIIS. 17 ambassadors discussed about “Diplomacy Theory with Chinese Characteristics and Foreign Strategy in the New Age” with some SIIS experts. SIIS President Yang Jiemian hosted the meeting and made a conclusion speech.
