April 7-8, the international symposium “Beyond the Crisis: From Recovery to Long-term Sustainable Development of the World Economy” co-organized by SIIS and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) took place in SIIS as the 10th of the serial seminars for the 50th anniversary of the founding of SIIS. Experts and scholars from Asia, Europe, Latin America and Africa discussed the global economic governance in the “post-financial crisis era.” President Yang Jiemian, Vice President Chen Dongxiao and Vice President Yang Jian attended the symposium.
