December 23, Dr. Kevin G. Cai, Director of the Keiko and Charles Belair Cetnre for East Asian Studies, Renison University College, University of Waterloo, visited SIIS and talked with SIIS Vice President Yang Jian and Director Yan Anlin of Taiwan, Hongkong & Macao Studies about relations across the Taiwan Straits and East-Asian regional cooperation.
