December 23, SIIS President Yang Jiemian led a delegation of four to Zhejiang Normal University and reached a preliminary agreement with President Wu Fengmin on cooperation. President Yang Jiemian also visited Institute of African Studies at Zhejiang Normal University and talked with dean Liu Hongwu and all the research fellows about present African studies and world configuration. President Yang Jiemian was hired as academic advisor.
