January 5, 2010, Director Li Wenhui, Deputy Director Ji Ping, Vice Inspector Li Leiming and Ms. Cheng Lina of Shanghai Taiwan Affairs Office visited SIIS and talked with SIIS President Yang Jiemian, Vice Presidents Chen Dongxiao and Yang Jian, Director Yu Xintian and Deputy Director Wu Jinan of the Academic Committee and Director Yan Anlin of Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies about Cross-straits ties, the advantages of Taiwan studies in Shanghai and future cooperation between the two sides.
