June 15, SIIS and Polar Research Institute of China co-hosted a seminar of “2010 China’s Polar Strategy and Right”. Experts and scholars from all over the country discussed about polar scientific expedition, polar resources development, and polar governance and international cooperation. SIIS President Yang Jiemian and Vice President Yang Jian attended the seminar.
