March 12, delegation of directors of the Committee for Friendship with Foreign Countries of the 10th Shanghai Political Consultative Conference visited SIIS. Director Jiang Shangzhou, Executive Deputy Director Wu Jinlan and other deputy directors of the committee listened to SIIS experts’ lectures on China-U.S. relations, China-Japanese relations, and Taiwan problem. Director Yu Xintian of Academic Committee hosted the meeting. President Yang Jiemian met with the guests, and introduced SIIS’ experience of think tank development.
