March 23, the delegation of U.S. Air War College led by Col. Daniel Baltrusaitis visited SIIS. SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao, Prof. Gong Keyu of Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, Dr. Ye Qing of Institute for Global Governance Studies, and a few SIIS research fellows joined the meeting.
