August 13, SIIS held the academic exchange program cum leading-expert tribune. Former Deputy Minister of Commerce Zhang Xiang visited SIIS and gave a lecture of “Globalization, Knowledge-orientation, and Service Economy.” Director Ma Ying and Deputy Director Shao Yuqun of Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies reported their recent academic research projects.
