David Frost, Director of Policy Studies of British Foreign and Commonwealth Office(FCO) and four Political Consuls of British Embassy in China and British Consulate General in Shanghai visited SIIS and talked with SIIS President Yang Jiemian, Zhang Haibing, Deputy Director of Department of World Economic Studies, and Zhang Yinghong, Deputy Director of Department of European Studies, about the global economy, regional conflicts, counter-proliferation of nuclear weapons, Sino-EU relations and new administration of American government.
