Delegation of Bangladesh National Defense College, consisted of Brigadier Ilyas Iftekhar Rasul, Brigadier ASMA Baten, Colonel Mohd Nazrul Islam and Major Muhammad Amirul Islam, visited SIIS and talked with Vice President Chen Dongxiao and the whole fellows from Centre for South Asian Studies. After introducing each other’s institutes, they had conversations on the maritime security of Indian Ocean, transnational management of water resources, Bengal-Myanmar relations, India-Bengal relations and international financial crisis.
