Bui Thanh Son, Assistant Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, and his colleagues, accompanied by Mr. Nguyen The Tung, Third Secretary of Vietnam Embassy in China, visited SIIS and talked with SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao and fellow colleagues Ma Ying, Director of Center for Asian-Pacific Studies, and Zhang Haibing, Deputy Director of Center for World Economic Studies, about the regional cooperation, financial crisis, relations among major powers and American foreign policy.
