British Ambassador to China Sir William Ehrman visited SIIS and talked with SIIS President Yang Jiemian about Korean nuclear issue, China’s position on climate change, how China perceives its role in international affairs. Carma Elliot, Consul General of Britain in Shanghai, and Katherine Dixon, political and economic and communication consul of British Consulate General, Fang Xiao and Long Jing of Research Management & International Exchanges Office (SIIS) participated in the meeting.
