SIIS President Yang Jiemian met with Minister of Sri Lanka Foreign Affairs Rohitha Bogollagama during the Global Think Tank Summit at Beijing and they signed a cooperative treaty between SIIS and Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies, Sri Lanka.
