April 14, SIIS Vice President Yang Jian met with Mr. Yip Wei Kiat, Consul-General of Singaporean Consulate in Shanghai and Mr. Chi Chiew Sum, Deputy Consul-General of Singaporean Consulate in Shanghai. Prof. Ma Ying, Director of Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Executive Director of Institute for International Strategic Studies together with SIIS young research fellows joined the meeting.
