International Seminar on “China-Africa/Kenya Relations and Eastern Africa Regional Cooperation” held in SIIS

May 16,SIIS hosts the international seminar on “China-Africa/Kenya Relations and Eastern Africa Regional Cooperation” . SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao delivered opening remarks for the seminar. Prof. Li Weijian, Director of Center for West Asia and North Africa Studies presided. The seminar consists of two sessions, China-African/ Kenyan Relations and East African Regional Cooperation. Scholars and think tankers from Foreign Service Institute, Kenya, East China Normal University and SIIS joined the seminar and presented speeches. Prior to the seminar, H.E. AMB. Philip Mwanzia, Head of the delegation of Foreign Service Institute, Kenya, delivered a speech on the theme of “China-Africa/Kenya Relations” for the young fellows at SIIS.
