September 15, the Delegation of NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) visits SIIS. SIIS President Yang Jiemian and SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao meet with the delegation and join the discussions. Prof. Ye Jiang, Director of Center for European Studies, Prof. Wu Chunsi, Director of Center for American Studies, Dr. Ye Qing, Deputy Director of Institute for Global Governance, Dr. Shao Yuqun, Deputy Director of Center for South Asia Studies and Dr. Zhang Haibing, Deputy Director of Institute for World Economy Studies give response to the questions concerning the issues of China’s relations with NATO, China’s views on Non-Proliferation, China’s analysis on the future scenario of Afghanistan and Pakistan and China’s perspective on the reform of world economic governance. Both sides also touch upon other issues of current world affairs.
