From February 5 to February 7，SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao led a delegation to Berlin, Germany. During the visit, the SIIS Delegation met with officials or scholars from German Federal Foreign Office, Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP), European Council on Foreign Relations Berlin Office (ECFR), Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), and Chinese Mission to Germany.
