Winston Lord, former Assistant Secretary of State Amb. Nicholas Platt, former Acting Assistant Secretary of State Mr. Evans Revere, President of the Pacific Forum CSIS Ralph A. Cossa, and Project Associate of NCAFP Ms. Petra Dunne.
