Prof. Chen Dongxiao, the vice president of SIIS led a group visited UK and France on September 18-26. SIIS delegation held joint workshops with Chatham House, European Reform Centre, International Institute on Strategic Studies, UK Foreign & Common Wealth Office, London School of Economics and Politics, King’s College London, OECD, EU Institute for Security Studies, French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, French Ministry of Economy and Finance. Prof. Chen delivered a speech in Grand Palaise during the visit.
