November 12, Mr.Alfredo Sirkis, Congressman from Brazil visits SIIS and delivers a speech on the “Climate Change as China and Brazil’s biggest defense challenge in the 21st Century”. SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao chairs the speech.
