October 12, the delegation headed by H.E. Mr. Samuel Thuita Mwangi, the Permanent Secretary of Kenyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs visits SIIS and delivers a thematic speech on Sino-Africa relation.Vice President Chen Dongxiao attends the meeting and hosts the speech. Prof Li Weijian, Executive Director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies , Dr Zhang Haibing, Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies, Dr Zhang Chun, Deputy Director of the Center for West Asian& African Studies and other research fellows in SIIS also participate the meeting and exchange each other .
