December 12，Mr. Yury Baturin, Former Head of National Security, Former President Assistant, Astronaut of Russia, visits SIIS and meets with SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao，Dr. Wu Chunsi, Executive Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies, Prof. Li Xin, Director of the Center for Russian & Middle Asian Studies, Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Deputy Director of the Center for Russian & Middle Asian Studies and Mr. Zhao Long, research fellow of the Center for Russian & Middle Asian Studies. Both sides exchange views on current international situation, Sino-Russia relation, traditional security and non-traditional security, outer space’s development and exploitation and some other issues.
