April 15, SIIS President Yang Jiemian meets with the Delegation of Philippine Association for Chinese Studies led by Ms. Teresita ANG SEE, President of the association. The delegation has a round table discussion with SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao, Prof. Cai Penghong, senior research fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, Dr. Shao Yuqun, Director of the Center for American Studies and some other SIIS research fellows on Sino-Philippine relations, South China Sea and some other issues.
