April 15, SIIS Vice President Yang Jian meets with the delegation of Fridtjof Nansen Institute led by Mr. Leiv Lunde, Director of the institute. Dr. Zhang Pei, Executive Director of the Center for Ocean & Polar Affairs Studies, Mr. Zhao Long, Director of the Office for Transnational Issues of the Institute for Global Governance Studies also attend the meeting. The two sides exchange ideas about current Arctic hotspot issues and bilateral cooperation.
