May 6 to 7, Prof. Paul Evans, senior research fellow of the University of British Columbia(UBC), visits SIIS and gives lectures to research fellows of the Institute for International Strategic Studies & the Center for Asian-Pacific Studies, young research fellows and graduate students on topics such as The New Security Vocabulary for a Multicentric Asia-Pacific Order、Middle Power Roles & The Prospects of Multilateralism in Asia-Pacific Region.
