On December 28, SIIS holds “Shanghai and CICA (Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia)” seminar. Scholars from Shanghai Academy of Social Science, East China Normal University, Shanghai International Studies University, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies from SIIS and officials from the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government have heated discussion on the seminar. Dr. Li Xin, Director of the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies chairs the seminar and President Chen Dongxiao makes introductory speech.
