On December 31, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao attends the Annual Conference of CSCAP China in Beijing. Mr. Liu Zhenmin, Vice Foreign Minister of China participates in the conference and delivers the opening remarks. In the conference, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao together with other five scholar including General Qian Lihua, Deputy Director of CSCAP China and former spokesperson of Ministry of National Defense of China and CIIS President Qu Xing were appointed the experts of ASEAN Regional Forum Experts and Eminent Persons.
