On June 3-4, Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of SIIS Academic Council, pays a visit to Hong Kong. Invited by Central Policy Unit (CPU) affiliated to HKSAR Government, Prof. Yang delivers a speech on China’s foreign policy under President Xi. Mr. Shiu Sin-por, Head of CPU, chairs the meeting.
