On September 23, SIIS holds the workshop on “Towards a Better Government-INGO Relations: Making opportunities for China Join global governance”. SIIS president Chen Dongxiao and Mr. Brian Davidson, Consul-General British Consulate General Shanghai deliver the opening remarks. The representatives from several NGOs including Oxfam,Medecins Sans Frontieres ,Save the Children, Greenovation Hub, World Wildlife Foundation and the experts from Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University, Shanghai Normal University, East Normal University of Political Science and Law have a heated discussion on the cooperation between NGO and government, toolkits and strategies for NGO to join the global governance and other related topics.
