From October 21 to October 24, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao attends the 11th Annual Meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club in Sochi. Dr. Chen Dongxiao participates in the Session 4 of the discussion entitled “Formula of Consent: Can a Peaceful Agreement on the World Order Be Achieved?” and receives the interview from the Russian media. Russian President Vladimir Putin and many other high officials of Russia attend the discussion and interact with experts.
