On November 25, SIIS, World Scientific Publishing Company, and Shanghai Century Publishing Group held the signing ceremony of the publication of upcoming English journal, China Quarterly of International Strategic Studies. SIIS President Chen Dongxiao, Mr. Phua Kok Khoo, Chief Editor of World Scientific Publishing Co Pte Ltd, and Mr. Shi Hongjun, Deputy CEO of the Shanghai Century Publishing Group signed the agreement on behalf of the three parties. Dr. Zhang Chun, Deputy Editor-in-chief of Global Review, Ms Liu Xin, Mr. Yang Li, and Ms Shi Chenxia attended the ceremony.
