On February 16, Mr. Babacar Cisse, Assistant-Secretary General and Deputy Special Representative for United Nations Operations in Côte d’Ivoire visited SIIS and had discussion on bilateral cooperation with SIIS President Chen Dongxiao and Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Council of SIIS Academic Affairs. Dr. Ye Qing, Assistant President and Director of the Center for West Asian and African Studies, Mr. Song Qing from the Center for West Asian and African Studies also attended the meeting.
