On February 9, Mr. Nguyen Quang, Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences visited SIIS and had discussion on China-Vietnam relations, China-ASEAN relations, and the Maritime Silk Road with SIIS President Chen Dongxiao and Prof. Cai Penghong, Senior research fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies.
