On April 23rd, the Shanghai Institute for International Strategic Studies (SIISS) held the meeting of Deputy Secretary-Generals in SIIS. Yang Jiemian, chairman of the SIISS and chairman of the SIIS Academic Committee chaired the meeting. The meeting discussed China’s diplomacy under the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. Attendees are from research institutes and government agencies, such as Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Jiefang Daily and Polar Research Institute of China, etc.
