On July 17th，SIIS held an international seminar on how to integrate the economic growth in Central Asia with the proposal of building the Silk Road economic belt. Representatives from government departments, think tanks, international academic organizations attended the seminar and shared their opinions. President Chen Dongxiao gave opening speech, and Mr. Liu Bin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of European-Central Asian Affairs gave the keynot speech.
