On Oct. 15^th，Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) and  Dalian Maritime University co-held a workshop on “the Arctic Governance and International Maritime Conventions”. Vice President Yang Jian and Dr. Yang Chuanyong, Director of the Institute for shipping development gave opening remarks.
