On Oct. 19^th, Mr. Bao Qifan, a well-known "National Model Worker"，Vice-President of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology(SAST) visited SIIS, delivered a lecture on the urban development of Shanghai and deep water harbor strategy, and exchanged views with research fellows of SIIS. Vice President Yang Jian chaired the lecture.
