On Dec. 9th, Mr. Paulo Nogueira Batista, Vice President of the New Development Bank, former Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund(IMF) visited SIIS, delivered a lecture titled “Eight years at IMF: a developing country perspective” and exchanged views with the research fellows of SIIS. Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the SIIS Academic Committee chaired the discussion.
