On Nov. 6^th，Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) held an international conference “China-Europe Shared Future: Linking up the Belt & Road Initiative and Investment Plan for Europe”. President Chen Dongxiao gave welcome address; Mr. Zhu Qin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of European Affairs MOF gave keynote. Representatives from government departments, international think tanks, academic organizations attended the conference and shared their opinions.
