SIIS Held International Conference on G20 2016
On Dec. 8th，Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) and the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House (London) jointly held a conference “Towards A More Effective G20 in 2016” in Beijing. President Chen Dongxiao, Mr. Martyn Roper, Minister and Deputy Head of Mission of UK Embassy to China, and Mr. Stephen Pickford, Senior Research from Royal Institute of International Affairs (London) gave opening remarks. Representatives from government departments, international think tanks, academic organizations attended the conference and shared their opinions.
This conference and the joint report are part of the British FCO China Prosperity SPFSPF Project“UK-China Think Cooperation to Strengthen China's 2016 G20 Presidency”.
