On Jan.30, 2016, a workshop on G20 Summit, Social Organization and China’s Engagement in Global Governance was held at SIIS. Experts from Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, the CPPCC Shanghai Committee, National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation, Social Resources Institute, the Green Peace, Shanghai Development Research Foundation etc. had a discussion on the G20 Summit in China, the internationalization of China’s social organizations and the cooperation between social organization and think tanks.
