On April 19, 2016, President Chen Dongxiao attended the signing ceremony of academic cooperation between thinktanks and Chinese Foreign Ministry. Mr. Wang Yajun, Director-General of Policy Planning Bureau, Foreign Ministry delivered a keynote speech at the ceremony and representatives from thinktanks including President Chen shared their insights on policy recommendation.
