On April 22nd, Professor Yang Jiemian, Chairman of Academic Council of Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, delivered keynote speech at the international conference on Global Security Review. The meeting was cohosted by Shanghai Institutes for International Studies(SIIS) and International Institute of Strategic Studies(IISS) from UK. During the meeting, a variety of issues including the situation and root cause of current global security threat were discussed by scholars from IISS, National Defense University, Nanjing University and China Institutes for International Studies （CIIS）,etc.
