May7 -10, a delegation led by SIIS President Yang Jiemian visits Berlin, Germany. The delegation attends “China Breakfast”, pays a visit to Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung, has a dialogue with researchers from German Institute for International and Security Affairs, and also meets with former German Consul-General in Shanghai, Director of German Council on Foreign Relations, and Hamburg’s Commissioner to the Federation and the EU, etc. The delegation also visits the Chinese Embassy in Germany. Dr. Yang makes a speech on the topic of “new type of major power relations” there.
