October 23-26, Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Council of SIIS Academic Affairs, Prof. Li Xin, Director of the Center for Russian & Central Asia Studies, and Mr. Jiang Lixiao, research fellow of the Department for Research Management & International Exchanges visit Latvia.
