From March 8 to March 10, 2016, SIIS delegation led by Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of SIIS Academic Council, visited Morocco. The delegation jointly held a round-table “Current African Economic and Strategic Challenges and Opportunities; Intersecting Views from China and Morocco” with Morocco OCP Policy Center. During the stay, the delegation also met with Mr. Sun Shuzhong, Chinese Ambassador to Morocco, visited the Confucius Institute at University Hassan II, and exchanged views on bilateral relations and “One Belt One Road” initiative with the University’s Vice President Abdellatif Irhzo and scholars.
