Prof. Yang Jiemian Leads a Delegation to Visit Portugal
From March 10 to March 13, SIIS delegation led by Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of SIIS Academic Council, visited Portugal. During the stay, the delegation met with Mr. Augusto Santos Silva, Foreign Minister of Portugal, Mr. José de Freitas Ferraz, Director of the Diplomatic Institute Portugal, Mr. Cai Run, Chinese Ambassador to Portugal. Prof. Yang was invited by the Chinese Embassy in Portugal to introduce China’s diplomacy since 18th CPC National Congress to over 300 people, including Portuguese celebrities from various circles, foreign diplomats, overseas Chinese, Chinese enterprises and students. Prof. Yang also received an interview from the Rádio e Televisão de Portugal (RTP).
