November 9, Prof. Dr. Herta Daeubler-Gmelin, former German Minister of Justice visited SIIS and made a report of “China and Europe in Africa: Cooperation or Competition". Director Li Weijian of West Asian & African Studies held the meeting; SIIS young research fellows and graduate students attended the meeting.
